Gloria Acosta de Camacho
February 26, 1950 – April 14, 2026
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Gloria Acosta de Camacho, who left this world at the age of 76.
Gloria was born on February 26, 1950, to Maximo and Maria Acosta, alongside her twin brother, Alfredo. Her parents were overjoyed to welcome another set of twins into their growing family. She grew up surrounded by the love and protection of her four brothers and was deeply cherished by both her mother and father.
Gloria was the heart of her family, the one who held everyone together with quiet strength, kindness, and unconditional love. At just 15 years old, she met the love of her life, her beloved husband, Humberto Camacho. Together, they built a life rooted in devotion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to their family.
As a mother of seven, Gloria gave everything of herself. She raised her children with patience, warmth, and constant care, always placing their needs before her own. As her family grew, so did her love. Her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her immense joy, and she cherished each of them deeply.
She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her selflessness, and her incredible home-cooked meals that brought everyone together. More than anything, she had a special way of making people feel loved, safe, and truly cared for. Her legacy lives not only in the family she raised, but in the love she gave so freely.
She will be missed beyond words and remembered always in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, her beloved husband, Humberto Camacho, her children, Jorge, Elizabeth, and Jesus, and her grandchildren, Jeremiah and Gabriel.
She is survived by her four loving children, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Though she is no longer with us, the love she gave will remain with us always.
