Flavio “Lolo” Sifuentes of Edgewood, NM passed away peacefully at his home on July 29th, 2024, at the age of 74.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Beverley Sifuentes; his two daughters, Leah Lynch and Katrina Hill and her husband Donovan Hill; and his three grandchildren Korrina Christensen and husband Marc Christensen, Jamie Labrum and Natasha Hill; and his sisters Juanita and Esther, brothers Paul and Bernard. He was preceded in death by his brothers Carlos and Rene.
Born to Carlos and Esther Sifuentes on June 28, 1950 in El Paso, Texas, Flavio loved running track in his youth. As a teen he held the state championship record in track for over 20 years. In his later years he worked hard as a construction Superintendent on the job and loved working on his trucks and trailers at home. He had strong beliefs and a strong personality. He will be remembered for his unique and entertaining character, his love for all his girls and his tall tales.
Memorial services will be held August 10, 2024, at 2pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, located in Tijeras, New Mexico
