Butch enjoyed the outdoors whether it was hunting, team roping or fishing with his kids and grandkids, snake hunting with Jack, working cattle with Rand and Jack and watching his grandkids do just about anything. He thoroughly enjoyed coyote hunting (but he wasn’t a very good shot). He made many friends in and out of the arena.
His main passion was serving the Lord and making the National Day of Prayer one of his priorities. Catch the Vision later included other athletic programs at ENMU.
