Arthur Beraldo Mahboub

Arthur (Arturo) Beraldo Mahboub, 67 is a Christmas Angel receiving his wings on Dec. 25, 2022, in Albuquerque, NM. He was born in Santa Fe, NM on September 23, 1955, to the late Bentura Segura and Nora Mahboub. He was a longtime resident of Torrance County and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Arturo was one of the first employees of the TA, formerly Rip Griffins he worked there for 15 years. He spent many years in the wood hauling business where he worked alongside his father for many years. He will be remembered by many for his heart of gold. He would welcome anyone into his home and treat them as family. He met the love of his life ( Carolyn Lopez) when he was only 15 years old. They later started their family in Torrance county in 1976, where they raised their children, Emily Sanchez( Brian) of Tajique, NM, sons, Michael Lopez (Melissa) of Albuquerque, NM, Frankie Gabaldon of Albuquerque, NM and Arthur Lopez. He is survived by his children, brother, Johnny Arellanes, grandchildren two of whom he helped raise like daughters, Cassandra Sanchez Quinones ( Luis) and Angelique Lopez (Isaac), Grandsons, Dominic Sanchez, Frankie Paul Gabaldon, Beraldo Gabaldon and Jerome Lopez Silva(Cassie), Granddaughters, Nicole Lopez (Trumaine), Nyomi Lopez(Elijah), Great grandchildren, Luis, Allyanna and Giovani Quinones, Myah and Isaac Brownridge Jr., Tahlia, Tianna and Tayla Roland, Daryon and Jayda Lopez, Elijah and Amani Green, Leroy Silva, Leesha Gabaldon, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by the love of his life, Carolyn Lopez, his grandson Isaiah Diego Sanchez, his parents Bentura Segura and Nora Mahboub, his sister Jesse Roybal, his brothers Michael and Eric Segura and daughter in law Melissa Lopez. Graveside Services will be held on Friday January 6, 2023 @ 1:00pm, in Albuquerque, NM at Mount Calvary Cemetery- 1900 Edith Blvd NE, Alb., NM 87102.
